2026 Global SGT800 Users Conference will be held on 11th, 12th-13th where on Monday 11th is an evening reception. The Conference place is in Marriott Le Meridien Hotel in Stuttgart.
2. HOTEL ROOM BOOKING LINK (OPEN)
Hotel room booking
Allocation of rooms slot will reduce 60 days prior the event by 30% and 45 days prior the event 50%. It is recommended to reserve the hotel room from this allocation prior 24th Feb 2026. Last day to book depending on room availability is 10th of April 2026.
If you stay outside the allocation dates Monday to Friday, please book first from Mon to Thursday and then contact the hotel for additional nights.
PAYMENT POLICY
- The first night will be prepaid by credit card, the prepayment will be not refundable
- Any supplement nights can be cancelled without penalty up to 14 days’ prior arrival
